ROOMS: Party Room capacity 30, Main Room 50, Front Patio 13, Side Patio 30. There is no rental fee but there is a minimum spend of $500 before taxes and gratuities during peak hours if you'd like to book the party room privately. Smaller groups are also welcome however if you do not meet the minimum spend of $500 we would seat other guests in the room as well. For groups who wish to use the room as a meeting space and do not purchase food and beverage, the room rental fee is $100/hour. The Party Room is now Air Conditioned.

FOOD: We can accommodate your party whether it is for Cocktails & Hors D'oeuvres or Prix Fixe Menu. Menus listed below are prepared for minimum of 20 people. A week's notice & 30% deposit is required for food orders and 100% for the cake. Prices do not include the 13% HST and the  18% Gratuity which will be added to the total bill.

DRINKS: Some hosts choose to pay for the food and have guests pay for their drinks, some hosts pay for a 'welcome drink' or a 'drink for the toast'. Either way is socially acceptable and very common. Occasionally hosts pick up the drink tab, some with limitations or hand out drink tickets. Any way you choose is fine by us.

CAKE: We can order for you from our supplier La Rocca Cakes. Choose any of the cakes from Celebration Cakes, $90 for quarter slab (25-30 portions) or $180 half slab (50-60 portions) or full slab $360 (100-120 portions). Includes your personalized message "Happy Birthday..........". 
***If you bring your own cake there is a $2/person fee.

DECORATING: You are welcome to decorate for your event but no tape on painted surfaces. We do helium balloons for $20 dozen

MEDIA EQUIPMENT: We have a PA system with amp, 2 mics with stands and all cables for public speaking or if you'd like to bring your own live music band. We also have a large screen TV with VGA plug in for your use for presentations or slide shows. Free of charge. You can also hook up your ipod/phone to our system and play your own music.

CANCELLATION POLICY:   7days or more 100% refund. 3 days or more 50% refund. 2 days or less no refund.

For a casual gathering of friends "for a few drinks & maybe a light snack" we'll try to book you in after peak dining hours, 8:30 pm onward.
We will hold tables for latecomers for 15 min only.
